Chordoma Foundation Biobank
The Chordoma Foundation Biobank initiative will share biospecimens, clinical and genomic data via the expertise and tools created by the CBTTC's Operations Center at CHOP to accelerate chordoma biospecimen based research. CBTTC Operations will serve as not only the central biospecimen repository but also the phenotypic and genomic data management center for the Chordoma Foundation.
Project OPEN Oligo
Project OPEN Oligo will define a new accelerated model for increasing ‘real-time’ collaborative research to empower discovery of improved treatments for people diagnosed with an Oligodendroglioma across a data-driven clinical trial and basic research ecosystem.
Neurofibromatosis 2 (NF2) is a rare genetic disorder that is primarily characterized by noncancerous (benign) tumors of the nerves that transmit balance and sound impulses from the inner ears to the brain (bilateral acoustic neuromas/vestibular schwannomas). NF Biosolutions is partnering with CBTTC on biobanking and research efforts to discover the underlying causes and identification of potential treatments through molecular analysis.
